Charleston SC Fun Family Vacation Spot

In Charleston SC, we enjoyed the American Military Museum, and the Gibbes Museum of Art. Museums often offer kid friendly exhibits with interactive attractions... be sure to check these out.
We really like Fort Moultrie (another Civil War era fort), which was on Sullivan's Island SC. These forts are very kid friendly vacation stops because they offer a lot of space for moving around.
There are a lot of really good restaurants in Charleston SC.
Over all, the vacation was nice and laid back so the kids, my husband and I could really relax.
