Discount Museum Passes

When you're traveling to a major city, why not visit a local library and see if they offer discount museum passes?
In Boston, libraries can save you $60-80 for a family of four if you have a pass. Sometimes the passes are restricted to residents of the town, but often they'll release the passes on the day of a visit. You might need a library card, but in Massachusetts, any resident can get a library card in any town. It's worth checking in other states, too.
