Family Vacation Travel Fun for Hours

My little sister and I used to go on family vacations with our family all the time and of course by 3 hours into the trip were both complaining about how bored we were.
We played games now like the alphabet sign game - where we start at A and go to Z by finding the letters on signs. We also play the alphabet memory picnic game - where we start at A and go through Z saying if I went on a picnic I would bring and APPLE... then you proceed to B and so forth. These kid friendly travel games will keep your kids occupied for a while.
Also, when you go on a trip you should pack plenty of kid friendly snacks such as pretzels and juice.... with caps on the bottles.
And.... as technology continues you can also bring a lap top or portable DVD player and watch some of your favorite movies. Portable You can buy portable DVD players for around $100 now. You can also buy a charger / converter that you can plug the lap top or dvd player into your car charger. have fun and be safe :)
