Free Instrument Discovery Day for Kids
Bloomingdale School of Music on the Upper West Side holds an instrument open house day a couple of times a year. It's really fun and free!
They have about 10 different instruments ranging from tuba to violin and the instructors are there to talk about their instruments and let the kids try them out. There's no pressure to sign-up for lessons. My twins had a blast!
