How to play I am thinking of a person - a thinking travel game |
“I am thinking of a person” is one of our favorite guessing games. It is easy to play and is easily tailored to the age and interests of the kids.
How to play I'm thinking of a person
To begin this game, one person thinks of a person. Depending on your children's ages, it might be a member of your immediate family, a member of your church, a comedian, a cartoon character, or even a famous historical figure.
The other members of the group try to figure out the "person" by asking yes/no questions. For instance.....
- Is your person a female?
- Is your person a member of our family?
- Is your person older than 20?
The players continue asking questions until someone guesses correctly. The winner thinks of the next person.
Variations
- Points can make the game more difficult. The player that guesses correctly gets 2 points and 1 point is deducted for each incorrect guess.
