Every single day there are dozens of families visit and leave with a huge grin plastered on all their faces. It certainly is a fun place to be.
Peanut Butter & Co is in Greenwich Village in New York City and has been around since 1988. It primarily offers sandwiches and taking a cue from its name, its specialty has everything to do with peanut butter. It also makes jars of peanut butter which they sell in some supermarkets in U.S.A.
The place has a very warm atmosphere and cute interiors and when you come inside, you’re guaranteed a sweet time. There is a wide selection of food products to choose from which includes peanut butter sandwiches and various other meals made with different flavors of peanut butter. The classic peanut butter sandwich is reinvented in many ways by adding other ingredients in to it like bananas and honey. Even the desserts are made with it too! Just take the Peanut Butter Tiramisu as an example. Most people love the lunch box special wherein you get to have a peanut butter sandwich with a jelly of your choice.
With its quirky menu dedicated to satisfying peanut butter cravings, Peanut Butter & Co is a rare yet delightful find. It did not become famous for no reason. Even celebrities love it, just ask Jerry Seinfeld! Kids will definitely love their stay and rest assured that they will leave with smiling faces eagerly waiting for the next visit.
When we visited Peanut Butter & Co, we ordered the "Elvis" - Toasted peanut butter sandwich with bananas and bacon. It was really very tasty!
