Safe Family Fun at the Beach

Last February my husband and I took a vacation to Grants Pass Oregon to visit friends....
Well, on the way back we drove along the Oregon coast and stopped at a number of beaches. Now, being a mother of four I have definitely learned not to over react about every little thing... a little caution and planning can help to make .....
Your family beach trip fun and safe....
The most important thing to me is to make sure I always have bottled water on hand so that the little ones did not get dehydrated.
I always have sunscreen on hand.
Snacks are always a must for me just because I also want to have a good time and be sure that we are not going to have to stop what we are doing to go get something to eat.
And, for my last suggestion I recommend bringing a video or digital cam so you can capture those moments.
