If you get a chance, go to the Aquarium in Charleston, SC. Located with a view of the water, the exhibits inside it are absolutely breathtaking!
You also can take your kids (or get in touch with your inner child) and head to the 'hands-on' exhibits, where you can touch a real sea urchin, snail, or hermit crab! It is truly amazing.
They also have periodic feedings where you can see the divers go into the big tank and feed the giant fish.
